Using the highly respected American Red Cross curriculum as a foundation for our Lifeguards, training continues in the form of hospitality training, in-service training, and conflict resolution. Cleanliness and order are cornerstones of a safe environment. Through providing housekeeping services, ASM is able to provide the client with a host of services, from laundry and folding, to house visits for cleaning. ASM is a one stop shop for client satisfaction.
Whether it is for the gym or for regular checkpoints of entry, ASM is able to quickly train and adapt to client-based Member check-in systems. ASM is able to keep track of clientele lists and help expand the list through assistance with membership sales.

One of the biggest points when it comes to Aquatic facility management is ensuring that the pool meets or exceeds legal regulations. By working closely with the Department of Health and Public Health and Engineering, ASM has worked closely on multiple renovation projects to ensure that pools are compliant and in full operation. This also includes developing Pool Safety Plans that have been approved by the DoH, acquiring pool permits, and developing plans for pool maintenance post-installation. Pools must be cared for properly using legal treatment agents, and ensuring proper care is provided to newly installed pool surfaces to avoid staining. While we are accepting of other American Red Cross Lifeguarding candidates, they need to show us they have what it takes to be an ASM guard.
